Piping Supervisor

To seek a challenging position as a Piping erection, fabrication execution and QA/QC, in EPC contractor, owner for EPC Work , consulting & Engineering companies.

• Executing the piping erection & fabrication at the Saih Rawl Depletion Compression Project, Saih Rawl, Muscat, Oman with Tecnicas Reunidas, Madrid, Spain.
• Oil & Gas On-Shore Projects (Erection, installation, Fabrication, welding, industrial coatings applications)
• Hydro test Coordination
• To support the piping engineering team reporting initially to piping Engineer. Support field changes and re-routes, walk down and punching out of piping systems prior to hydro test.
• To support the piping group by operating Smart Plant Review terminal, support piping as-building scope of work and understanding of piping systems, be able to read Isometrics, P&ID¡¦s and piping GA¡¦s. Basic understanding of piping system components, material line classes etc.
• Able to apply extensive knowledge and experience of piping & equipment processes and provide strong leadership in work implementation.
• To supervise and execute fabrication , erection and commissioning activities of A/G ,U/G , CS , SS , & AS in Running Plant & New Plant and HOOK-UP, TIE-IN & HOT TAPING.
• Hydro testing, Flushing, Chemical cleaning, Pigging & Drying of piping system & equipment's (Preparation Schematic drawing of Hydro Testing)
• Test packs and punch lists checking & clearing for final documentation
• Daily Progress Report and Cost Control Report
• Erection & Alignment of columns, vessels and Rotary Equipments
• Complete surveying the piping system, Fabrication, erection and alignment of steel structural as per client requirement.
• To supervise manpower allocation as per jobs schedule.
• To review for compliance with Drawings, Specifications, Codes, Projects Standards such as Relevant National and International Codes(ASME, ANSI, NACE, ASTM, BS, AWS, API) and standards during execution of the Project.
• QA/QC and NDT activities.
• Plant Piping and Equipment's (Rotary, Static), Structural, Tankages fabrication and Installation.
• Commercial Awareness, Technical Insight, Dynamic Thinker, Go-getter with Sound Construction Skills.
• Can Check and Review Contractor Procedures and Method Statements, Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, WPS/PQR.
• To Co-ordinate with other Disciplines such as Electrical, Civil, Mechanical.

• Apprenticeship training at Ammonia Urea Plant of Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd. (Asia¡¦s largest fertilizer plant for production, Constructed by SNAMPROGETTI )
• Six months training about Materials, Piping, Valves, Heat exchangers, Gaskets, Flanges, Columns, Piping isometric drawings, P&I diagrams, piping plan, Steels, Stainless steels, coding, specification, Standards (ASTM, AWS, ANSI, API, ASME etc.)
• Training about Safety procedures, equipments and safety importance at chemical plant. Uses of safety apparatus, fire extinguishers, also procedure about hot work permit, confined space entry, vessel entry and cold work permit.

„X To supervise and execute fabrication , erection and commissioning activities of A/G , U/G , CS , SS, LTCS & AS in Running Plant & New Plant and TIE-INs.
„X To review for compliance with Drawings, Specifications, Codes, Projects Standards such as Relevant National and International Codes(ASME, ANSI, NACE, ASTM, BS, AWS, API) and standards during execution of the Project.
„X Handle some extension projects of low pressure piping and installation of some process equipment, vessels, valves, heat exchangers, steam traps, safety/control valves, wrapping, coating, airless spray painting, grit and sand blasting of tanks and vessels.
„X Making reports of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly about project progress and execution.
„X Regular and scheduled maintenance, equipments maintenance schedules, arrangements and execution of jobs during shut down and turnaround.
