Working as “Assistant Mechanical Engineer” in Reliance Industries Limited - Jamnagar. The company has set up the world's largest grassroots’ refinery of the capacity 27 MMTPA with an integrated petrochemical complex at Jamnagar (Gujarat).

• Involved in project since its commissioning and then continuing with its maintenance, involved in Erection & Commissioning of Hydrogen Reciprocating Compressors each of 5.3 MW capacities (THOMASSEN BV), Centrifugal RFG Gas Compressor (DEMAG DELAVAL), Centrifugal pumps and fans.

• Hands on experience of overhauling of Rotary and reciprocating compressors.

• Responsibility mainly includes attending Scheduled as well as Breakdown maintenance of Rotary equipments and maintaining equipment history of Hydrogen Plant, Merox units and LNU Unit.

• Preparation of Bill of Material and SPIR Sheets for new Equipments.

• Ensuring Reliable operation of Rotary equipments through Condition monitoring, online monitoring and through LLF Techniques.

• Familiar in PM and MM module ( R/3)

• Preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures for Various Rotary equipments.

• Coordinating with Central Material Group for expediting material in-flow for the area.

• Planning for Spares, raising Indents and follow up with Vendors.

• Generation of First Information Report, incase of Equipment malfunction, for further investigation and trouble shooting.

• Preparing equipment reliability history along with the equipment maintenance schedule in SAP environment. Also, opening the shutdown register for rectification of the problems faced during commissioning of the unit and to accommodate the modifications for future expansion

• Maintaining Safety Records as per British Safety Council, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1966, EMS and OHSAS 18001:1999, CASH and implementing the same standards in plant.
