Team Lead March-06 to Date

InterSES, a Telecom service providing company having expertise in LOS surveys, Microwave & BTS installations, System support, NMS designing and Transmission Planning.

o Installation & commissioning of XPIC, SDH and PDH for NEC on Telenor Phase-II/SWAP project.
o Extensive reporting, Technical documentation, conducting PAT across Pakistan as a team lead.
o Coordination with Motorola on one of world’s largest WiMAX Network implementation on extensive reporting, documentation, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting across the Pakistan as a team lead.

o Coordinating the technical team to improve and achieve the set targets with in the given time frame.
o Primarily responsible for Quality assurance/ Quality control for NEC-Telenor project, Huawei- Ufone project and Alcatel`Lucent- China mobile Pak project.
o Coordination with NEC on NEC/Telenor Microwave Backbone project.
o Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of XPIC, SDH, PDH for Huawei-Ufone (Etisalat) and Mobilink (Orascam).
o Transmission planning and Link budgeting for PTML (Ufone) phase-IV and critical expansions
o Hands on experience of microwave Installation & commissioning of NEC (Pasolink & NEO), Huawei (RTN) and Motorola (Sagem).
