• Project manage the operation from inception to obtaining a bankable feasibility report.

• Evaluation and implementation of the best organisational structure for tax purposes including structuring BVI companies.

2004-2008

Financial Manager of the DRC mine (Cobalt & Copper) which made up 80 % of CAMEC – Investment of over US $ 200 million

• Complete re-engineering of the logistical and buying department saving the company thousands of dollars.
• Implementation of IFRS particularly with the capitalisation of Evaluation and Exploration phases of the mine.

• Successful application of IFRS 6 resulting in increased profitability

2001–2004 Scottlee Group ( Group whose main line of businesses are Investment and Property Development, Cigarette Manufacturing, Tourism, Agricultural (roses, tobacco and open crop farming) and Mining.

• Successfully introduced and brokered a new deal for our mining project which contributed to 40 % of total income.
• Recovered substantial sums from financial institution on complex swap transactions which had been over-looked and hence improved the group’s profitability and cash flow.
• Complete implementation of systems and internal controls including the design of source documents to maximize economic returns for our farming operation, cigarette manufacturing project and duty free shop.

• Project appraisals and raising of Bond Finance under critical economic conditions.
