Project Execution & Management
„ÆSupporting TSS (Technical Support Services-Project Division) in finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators/equipment suppliers.
„ÆAnchoring on-site activities of assigned areas to ensure completion of project within the time & within cost parameters and with effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
„ÆParticipating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & debottlenecking.
„ÆLiaising with consultants on determining technical specifications & preparation of drawings as per the requirements

Erection & Commissioning
„Æ Erection and commissioning of various electrical equipments & machines.
„Æ Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in installation expenditures/ and achieve gross margin targets.

Vendor Development
„Æ Sourcing the vendors with procurement team for evaluation of capability & taking part in techno-commercial negotiations as procurement support to finalize deals for project execution and AMC/rate contracts; preparing specification sheet for bought out equipments.

Man Management
„Æ Leading/ motivating teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.
„Æ Imparting training to various personnel¡¦s, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
„Æ Determining the manpower requirement in accordance with the manpower rationalization and production norms.
