Working with H.S A Group, Yemen - Taiz (Hayel Saeed Anam Co Ltd, (New Projects Dept.) Industrial Division, Nature of work: Handling correspondences, taking dictation, independently drafting letters and e-mails, controlling e-mails - sending & receiving, arranging e-mails with short notes with highlighting important points and put-up for higher up perusal and action. Handling incoming / outgoing fax messages for the Division, Interacting with other departments for follow-up, Looking after imports,generating enquiry, follow up with the supplier and ensure the ordered items should reach the engineering site in time, Opening L/C, payment transfer, Liaison Work, supporting Project Managers for smooth operations etc...

One of the leading Manufacturers & Distributors/ dealers for Computer communication and Networking products Responsibilities include Consumer liaison, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Order Execution and Service Follow up, Purchase and Inventory Control, interaction with Bank, Sales Tax, Central Excise and Govt. Authorities. Reporting to the Directors.

Nov 1993 to Sep 1994 :
Worked as Marketing In-charge with Vastra Wears Pvt Ltd., Madras. Manufactures & Exporters of Readymade Garments. Responsibilities are promoting the products & achieving the target.

Sep 1986 to Oct 1993:
Worked as Commercial Officer with Datamarg Systems Pvt Ltd., Madras.

Feb 1986 to Aug 1986:
