Have been involved more than 15 years in Oil-Gas and Petrochemical plants.
Initially as a NDT technician, Radiation Protection Officer, NDT supervisor. Since year 1995 as a Welding Inspector and Plant Inspector.
Having experience as a Senior Inspector, Inspection Supervisor during plant shut down.

As a plant inspector normally my task are perform inspection, assess the equipment integrity externally and internally. The equipments such as pressure vessels, exchangers, columns, boilers, heaters, storage tanks and piping as well. Prepare inspection reports as per Client’s needs, propose appropriate NDT method and review NDT reports. Recommend for repair, coating, and lining if required. Review repair procedures submitted by Repair Agency.

During on stream, inspection on pipings, static equipments base on corrosion loop. Assess extent of corrosion, vibration and records any abnormalities, selection of thickness measurement location, radiography and other NDT method for data input of RBI.

As a Senior Inspector, delegate inspection requests to inspectors. Review inspector’s report, auditing NDT reports reviewed by inspectors. To ensure that inspectors follow the right inspection flow, fully utilize and comply with information, instruction stated in Scheme of Examination/Job Method Statement. Manage inspection activities and daily progress, audit or join inspection with inspectors. Analyze inspection outcome, advice Client on repair method or appropriate corrosion inhibitors if required.

Degree in Science

API 510 - Pressure Vessel Inspector.
API 570 - Piping Inspector.
API 571 - Corrosion and Materials.
API 580 - Risk Base Inspections.
API 577 - Welding and Metallurgy.

Others are;
BOSIET for offshore.
ASNT Level II in RT,MPT,DPT,UT(UTG only).
