•Responsible for the planning, supervision of all activities comprising the project.
•Schedule the preparation for construction in primavera project planner with resource loading.
•Preparation of Planning Documents, Construction Schedules and budgets, Billing Schedule, Cash Inflow/outflow.
•Preparation of Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Report and Recovery plans to achieve the targets.
•Construction progress updating on monthly basis in primavera.
•Tracking, following-up and reporting the project progress.
•Working on web paged ORACLE 11i for processing Project Invoices and making Standard Purchase Order.
•Co-ordination with Engineering consultants and Procurement department.
•Presentations in Project Review Meetings for Client.
•Monitoring variations orders and ensure changes are updated in the project manual.
