Checking, commenting and approving suppliers main documents (flow sheets, process details etc)
Commenting on proposed modifications in agreed process and machinery concepts.
Identifying areas outside vendor’s scope and prepare schemes for the same
Preparation of additional and complementary flow sheets and specifications as required for areas outside machinery vendor’s scope
Preparing list of equipment related to Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc and providing this information to respective area to procure the same.
Preparation of enquiries for Process equipments and inviting offers.
Preparing Tender Comparisons for items outside vendors scope
Finalizing orders for process equipments.
Preparation of Check list for Commissioning
Preparation of documents for Performance Testing and participate in Performance testing and issuing Performance Test reports.
Adroit in planning & controlling the production operations as per the capacity available.
Adept in managing Production Engineering operations involving design & development, co-ordination with internal depts, process developments, etc.
Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man-days, production cost, raw materials and energy consumption.
Well versed with MIL and IPC standards concerned to laminates.
Comprehensive experience in Erection, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of Laboratory equipment and medium structures.
Proficiency in preparing operating procedures (SOP) for Quality Control laboratory testing to streamline the testing operation.
Effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
