1. Academic exchange (IAESTE traineeship–Germany) in Brandenburg's Technical University Cottbus-Germany at the chair of plants and safety technology. (01.08. 2006 to 31.08. 2006).
The topic of the traineeship was:
"Dimensioning of a rectification column for the separation process of an Ethanol-waters' mixture”:

At the production of Ethanol made of raw materials growing again the layer of the ordered to the Fermentation, It is aim of the rectification to reach a high Ethanol pureness.
The demanded Ethanol pureness can be obtained considering the azeotropic rectification with a two-stage separating method.
To obtain the separation with the demanded purities a third component (benzene) will be used.
For the separation of the three substance mixture the two separating columns have to be interpreted. The single layers of the rectification are to determine the main measurements of the columns and to carry out an interpretation for the upper work border.
The interpretation invoice shall be carried out with the software module ChemCAD. At the dimensioning different column fittings (ground columns, packet columns) have to be included.
Besides the method of the azeotropic rectification there are other technical separating methods to look. At this the main emphasis has to be aligned with the two pressure rectification and the vacuum rectification.
An economic analysis of the different methods has to be carried out.
2. Traineeship of refining industry in Homs Refinery-Syria. (5/7 – 5/8 -2005):

I have made the training at the atmospheric distillation unit and my mission was to take acquaintance and understand this process completely, and knowing its productions and its utilizations, in addition to know how to regulate the temperature and pressure exactly.

Traineeship of cement industry in Hamah Cement plant \ Syria. (4/7 – 4/8 -2004):
I have worked at the Dry processes line:
At first I had received comprehensive theoretical information about the process, and then I have applied it practically in the plant.
