• Planed and monitored project with company project including resources management, procurement and cost analysis.
• Calculated material and heat balances, rate of reactions, utilities requirements
• Dealt with suppliers and provided process specifications to supply pumps, values, compressors, furnaces and services etc.
• Streamlined operational procedures and production processes through LEAN implementation.
• Developed process operating manuals and its descriptions.
• Coordinated with Vendors for designing layout, & Installation/Commissioning of utility Equipments.
• Supervised during erection and installation of processing plants and equipments
• Devised project developmental schedules and delegated tasks.
• Analyzed regular reviews and implemented measures, ensuring projects developed on schedule.
• Administered and controlled all activities in blending, filling and packing. Managed and delegated work to 150 production operatives.
• Provided technical and application support to industrial distributers/customers, sugar mills, cement, railways and several high-tech industries.
