Sandblasting aircraft parts,applying conversion coatings to aluminum with acid etch and alodine.Sanding and prepping fiberglass parts,primering and painting aircraft parts according to work control documents.Identified and marked appropriate part numbers on final assembly parts.
Disassembeld and cleaned glass and sandblasting filters to ensure proper air and exhaust flow.
Operated a 10,000 psi hydropress machine to form aircraft internal parts.

aircraft.Setup and operated steel shot shotpeening machines,portable and fixed sand blast equipment
using glass bead,sand and bicarbonate soda.Operated a praxair supplied co2 blasting unit.Operated a
Boss 10,000 psi water jet paint and silicon removal unit,booted up a 4 computer networked aircraft
parts automated parts cleaning system and trouble shooted and kept on line to ensure production
quotas were met.Operated a Kolene plasma removal unit,applied corrosion inhibiting conversion
coatings such as acid etch and alodine,performed lower explosive limit checks in confined ereas.
Was assigned shop tool box monitor for 2 years with no tools reported lost or stolen.Adhered to
all technical orders as specified by the air force.

Operated and maintained a 100,000 gallon per day steam flash type desalinating plant,setup and
maintained proper operating parameters of a 1,200 kilowatt steam turbine generator.Overhauled
centrifugal pumps both freshwater and salt water,1000 degree superheated steam valves,chemical
injection pumps,heat exchangers and all steam auxillary equipment.
