Painting/Coating and Insulation Inspector / Supervisor

To complete the project as per project specification and Quality plan.

Monitor, inspection and supervision of painting/coating and insulation activities, check the application of coating and insulation as per project specification.• Assigned and responsible for monitoring and inspection for the following related to the painting/ coating and hot and cold insulation activities on the DOW Project.
• Coordination with the contractor QA/QC team related to coating/insulation application.
• Reviewing the Contractor site inspection report.
• Implementing the project construction quality program at site.







• Site inspections and verification activities in accordance with requirements of ITP.
• Inspection and monitor of PUF insulation, meniral wool, fiber glass, cellular glass and FIR(Polyisocyanurate)application activities to the piping.
• Inspection and monitor the installation of metal cladding to the piping.
• Perform inspection and testing of in- process and completed installation.
• Reviewing of fabrication data books ensuring that the requirement of the specification are met.

• Coordination with the Contractor's QA/QC team related to coating application.
• Reviewing/assessment of Contractor site inspection reports.
• Implement the project construction quality program at site.
• Site inspections and verification activities in accordance with requirements of the ITP.
• Monitor and inspection of PUF insulation, mineral wool, fiberglass, cellular glass and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) application activities to the Vessel, Column, Exchanger and Piping.
• Monitor the installation of metal cladding to the equipment and piping.
• Perform inspection and testing of in-process and completed installation.
• Reviewing of fabrication data books ensuring that the requirements of the specification are met.

Graduate of Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

CWISP-BGAS certified painting inspector
