• I have gained 29 years of experience working in a Petrochemical plant for utilities from construction stages up to commission & starting up the whole utilities facilities
• ( Demin , boilers , generators(Turbo , Diesel & Gas) , air compressors( Turbo , Electrical & JOY diesel) , electrical switching and power distribution 230 KV to 13.8 KV , water treatment ,cooling tower , Close loop cooling water system , central plant chiller compressor ,sea water cooling system , hygienic system & CPI ) .
• I was privileged to participate in many shutdown and startup activities, prepare shutdown packages, train new recruits, as SNR supervisor and overall Tie-Ins coordinator & perform a series of local department trainings.
• For 9 months, I have undergone special assignment to up grading TDC 2000 to 3000 Honeywell & hot cutover from TDC module to DSC modules.
• Selected for new up grading boilers & generators units for commissioning and creating start up procedure as operation core team member.
• I was assigned as Group Leader in preparing the Operating Procedures of Initial Plant Starting, Loops checking, and Plant punching.
• Selected to do the plant wide time lines coming expansion for TASNEE polyethylene & ethylene crackers & plant model review plus constructions jobs.
• Have excellent achievement recognition from plant manager for minimize plant construction & coordinated safely.
