Job Description:-
Performing accounting functions of monthly closing, performing activities related to general accounting and account reconciliations, and accounts payable function. In addition to the responsibility of budget variance analysis.
Duties:
•Supervise monthly accounts closing process; updating GL through manual journals; and making sure that the General Ledger figures are reliable and supported by the sub ledgers through a reconciliation process
•Responsible for presenting budget report to the management showing actual operating expenses Vs budget.
•Prepare accounting journal entries, account statement, etc.
•Verify necessary approvals obtained before payment or cost loading according to company Manual of Authority and internal control rules.
•Prepare a full set of monthly financial statements (BS, P&L and SCF).
•Analyze accounts to make sure all transactions are recorded accurately.
•Monitor, review & discuss variances and latest estimates with budget holders.

Credit Card Dept. : Senior Accountant
Job Description:-
•Handling corporate retail clients
•Opening new accounts
•Pre-approval investigation for clients applying for credit cards
•Preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement for branches
•Handling bank reconciliation & fixed asset depreciation
•Preparing monthly reports to Central bank of Egypt.
