• Planning and Executing for Process Audit, Product Audit & Lay out Audit and further analysis as per ISO/TS 16949 Frame Work.
• Monitoring process capabilities on Key Process and implementation of timely Action.
• Monitoring In process Rejection Analysis and guiding the Inspectors to resolve the problems by following 8 D Methodology.
Achievements:
• Improve quality rating of very critical sub assembly namely System Movement from 78% to 95% by using SHAININ DOE.
Job Responsibility Reliability Testing :
• Collecting all reliability test related inputs from product development phase.
• Planning and Executing for new test facility for new products.
• Feed back to the CFT for root cause analysis for reliability failure.
Achievements:
• Successful setup of a state of art Product Reliability test lab for two plants in uttranchal.
Job Responsibility Warranty Settlement:
• Managing the process of Early Field failure from collecting the defective samples from OEM and Vendors.
• Root cause analysis and validation of claim received from the OEM and Vendors.
• Feed back to the CFT for root cause analysis of field failure.
Achievements:
A chronic Warranty Clam namely Fuel level Incorrect reading has been solve through design change in the fuel level sensor unit.
Net Saving in Rupees 0.03 Million Rupees per year.
