Training of following areas and deputed as an independent as an Area Operator with full responsibilities. Actively participated in start up and shut down activities. This section consists of following equipments.
NATURAL GAS BOOSTER COMPRESSOR
AIR COMPRESSOR:
Three Compressors made by ALTLAS COPCO(ZR-275-10)
Double Stage PD rotary, Screw type oil free
Capacity is 1600Nmc/hr (each) with 09 bar Pressure.
AIR DRYER:
02 dryers made of XEBER (Canada), Operated by PLC
Desiccant is activated by alumina ball.

PRE-TREATMENT PLANT:
Including sedimentation, coagulation, flocculation by reactivated clarifier (with chemical dosing) and filter, activated carbon filtration.
DEMIN WATER PLANT :
(Ion Exchange method) including cat ion exchanger, anion exchanger, demineralization water storage, and distribution system.
PORTABLE WATER SYSTEM:
Including air retention vessel, iron filter, quartz filter, carbon filter and chemical dosing (sodium hypo chlorite).
WASTE WATER TREATMENT:
Including neutralization process and API separator for oil separation.
Theoretical / Practical Safety and Fire Fighting Training Courses.
Skill Improvement Courses.
Study of P & ID’s.
I am active member of Fire Fighting Squad of FFBL.
Induce Draft counter flow with 10 cells
Chemical dosing including chlorine, biodispersant, polymer dispersant, phosphate, phosphonate and sodium hypo-chlorite.
