Job Responsibilities:


• Warranty analysis of Caterpillar Construction & Mining machines which were covered under warranty.


• Preventive and scheduled maintenance of Caterpillar Construction & Mining equipments, MARINE ENGINES, HYDRAULICS, Worked as the various field through customer servicing on ONSHORE AND OFF SHORE.




• Commissioning, trouble shooting, parts listing and failure analysis of various Dumpers, Loaders, Dozers, Excavators, Steel mill Loaders, Slag Pot Carriers Backhoe loaders , Motor graders hydraulic systems, marine engines, Telehandlers, Skid loaders, Compactors and various types of Caterpillar engines.
Good hands on hydraulic, electro hydraulic trouble shooting Machine commissioning, servicing & maintenances.
• Strong in overhauling & repairs .Hydraulic & mechanical component pumps (Fixed & Variable displacement) ,Motors ,Control banks (hydraulic & electro hydraulics ),Cylinders ,etc
