Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer

Seeking an opportunity, which exposes to learning and demanding field of Welding ,QA/QC & NDT thereby providing an approach and environment for continuous professional development

 Reviewing the project to consolidate the project specific requirements related to quality of product, including the material requirements related to raw material, Fabrication, Welding, NDE, Testing, Painting etc.
 Preparation of Inspection and Test as per Project specifications & ASME Code.
 Preparation of Quality Control procedure as per Project specifications & ASME code.
 Attending Pre inspection meeting with clients for confirmation of project requirement.
 Weld map & NDE programme preparation as per Project requirement & as per code.
 Welding Procedure specification preparation as per Project requirement & as per code.
 Document approval status updating as per client approval.
 Co-ordination with Client, third party & AI for Inspection & Test plan & other documents approvals.
 Knowing about WPQ , PQR
 Preparation of Heat treatment cycle and review of PWHT charts.
 Manufacturer data report preparation.
 I also worked as QC Engineer for three months.
 Interpretation of Radiographs.
 Interperate Liquid Penetrant Examination.
 Have done stage wise inspection.
