mechanical and chemical engineering profile. experience in oil & gas commissioning activities,plant operations and DCS. looking for job as: plant/process engineer, or plant shift supervisor.

* Plant Shift Controller:
In Amenas Gas JV / Algeria. A joint venture between SONATRACH-BP-STATOIL.
Wet gas processing & treatment plant. Capacity 30 MMSm3/d, producing 60 kbbl/d of condensate and LPG. Including: Amine CO2 removal unit, dehydration, turbo-expander, cold box, fractionation columns, centrifugal gas compressors, gas turbines, Condensate & LPG storage and export.
- Key responsibilities are :
„X Achieving nominated production within contractual specifications of final products, in respect of the JV HSE policy.
„X Ensuring proper function of equipments (rotating machines, column, packages etc¡K) including start-up & shutdown and troubleshooting where needed.
„X Identify problems and raise work orders to maintenance department in case of equipment malfunctions and/or abnormalities.
„X Sign and release work permit for preventive and curative maintenance activities, and equipments preparation before delivering to maintenance team.
„X Supervise a crew of 04 board-men and 12 field operators in all operation activities, and ensure safe work practices are adhered to.
„X Prepare reports of production; feed stock and maintenance activities, on daily basis to operation superintendent.
„X Acting as Incident Commander Team Leader in case of emergency and reporting to Incident Management Team Leader.
„X Make diagnostic checks to determine causes of recurrent problems and equipment malfunctions to correct faults where possible. If not, raise queries to technical support department.

* Commissioning Shift Supervisor:
In Amenas Gas Project (commissioning phase) / Algeria
Hired by the client and working under EPC contractor (JGC-KBR) responsibility to ensure smooth transition from commissioning phase to normal operation.
- Key duties are:
„X Planning and coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (blowing, flushing, integrity tests), and sign paper work as witness for the account of client.
„X Conducting RFSU walk down to establish Punch List Items, and follow corrective actions.
„X Assisting in training of board operators, as instructor, on Operation Training Simulator (OTS).
„X Coaching and assisting future operators in commissioning and start-up of equipments safely and according to procedures prepared by contractor.
„X Supervising operation team during start-up & Performance Acceptance Test of the plant.
