* Implemented staff restructure for the Medicare team resulting in functional alignments that streamlined job duties and improved turnaround times.
* Realized $2.5 million in additional payments to Health Net related to 2006 Medicare membership activity by leading special reconciliation between Health Net and CMS.
* Created new streamlined system which utilized print department to do mass mailings that met government compliance, saved hundreds of man hours and significantly reduced production costs.

* Analyzed and restructured the Medicaid team work flow resulting in a reduction of duplication of effort, timelier and more accurate monthly reconciliation with the various State Medicaid programs.
