- Conducting In-service inspection by carrying out Ultra-sonic thickness survey on all systems' pipelines of RASHPETCO's gas plant offshore & onshore.
- Responsible for QC activities concerning receiving material, fabrication, welding, documentation, preparing appropriate WPS,NDT conduction along with preparing their reports…etc.
- Maintenance of tanks & vessels utilizing visual inspection & the appropriate NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT….) at RASHPETCO or other EMC’s clients such as MIDOR Co.,ELNG Co.
- Attended 2 weeks training at EMC's workshop in Suez city.
- Participated in QC activities during ELNG shutdown, Novemeber 2008.
- Carrying out visual inspection using Karl-Storz Endoskope device on pipes internal surface condition, valves' operation verification…..etc for EMC clients such as ELNG, EBIC…etc.
- Attended two weeks on-job training at SUMED Co.'s tank farm located in Sidi Kerir-Alexandria where we conducted NDTs in a major maintenance of a crude oil storage tank according to API 653.
