Aik Hunar Aik Nagar (A Non Profit Company) established u/s 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 working under Ministry of Industries & Production Government of Pakistan.
•Develop a working paper for AHAN to improve its monitoring through close monitoring and liaison with regions.
•Develop a working paper to achieve AHAN goals/objectives effectively and efficiently.
•Assist in preparation of documents for placement of AHAN funds with Financial Institutions.
Accounts & Admin
•Scrutiny of pilot payment documents received from Regional Offices.
•Release of advances / reimbursements followed by adjustments as per approved cash plan/ work plan on Pilot Payment Mechanism.
•Maintenance of Books of Accounts for all pilot projects using “Quick Books /Meezan Accounting Software.
•Assist in preparation of Monthly Accounts with special focus on pilot project activities.
•Preparation of periodic physical and financial progress reports of four regions.
•Prepare project reconciliation of advances and project budget utilization with Regional Offices.
•Coordination with Regional Coordinators for timely submission of payments/reimbursements /adjustments.
•Liaison with Project Regional Offices and facilitation in pilot project financial matters.
•Coordination with Regional Coordinators for pilot project budget preparation.
•Liaison with external auditors for annual audit.
•Liaison with Government Offices on relevant matters.
•Liason with external auditors for conducting audit.
•Other work related to the area of accounting and finance for pilot projects under AHAN as assigned by the Finance Manager /Chief Executive Officer.
