• Installation of Idlers, Pulleys and Belts for Vertical, Incline and Overland Conveyors
• Axial and Belt alignment of Rotating Equipment

Health Safety and Environment
• Ensure that the safety of all employees and subcontractors are never compromised
• Implement HSE Systems to conform to the Client requirements and regulations

Quality
• Ensure that International Quality Standards and Specifications are adhered to
• NDE
• Post and Pre-heat weld treatment
• Final hand over of System Packages

I am a South African citizen and also hold an Italian passport. I have managed various Oil & Gas and Mining projects in Africa and the Middle East in the capacity from General Superintendent, Construction Manager, Site Manager and Project Manager. In these capacities I have developed experience in the following fields:
Manage, develop and support the construction process on the Project in a safe, structured and cost effective manner.
Accountable for the delivery of construction services / personnel on the project ensuring high standards are maintained and continuously improved.
Ensure that all Project/Company HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded.
Ensure that all construction personnel on the Project are aware of / implement safe working practices / procedures and are provided with a safe working environment.
Deliver a high standard construction capability on the Project ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times.
Implementation of a continuous improvement philosophy across the construction function, delivering best practices at all times.
Management and support of all construction personnel.
Maintain and deliver the construction function within budget, and, where applicable, implement cost saving initiatives.
