Responsible for supervising the piping (fabrication and erection) activities, witnessing hydro test, equipment erection including static and rotary. Coordinating with engineering department to clear the site query. Attending the client meeting (GSK) and handover the system to client. Coordinating with commissioning to solve the construction issues and fully involved in the pre commissioning activities.

ľ QGX project consisting of more than 2.2 millions inch dia of carbon steel, stainless steel, Ltcs, Alloy steel and Cement line piping.
ľ Fine -tuning and control of the CCIC home made software to be utilized efficiently and reflect the on ground statistics.
ľ Coordinate with site to get their requirements according to the erection sequence.
ľ Smooth interface Coordination with Client (chiyoda technip joint Venture) fulfils their requirements according to the standards.
ľ Fabrication of piping supports for QGX and QCS projects reaching 15 tons of production per day.
ľ Fabrication of Civil and building related mechanical works reaching 5 tons of Production per day.
ľ Utilization of reliable sources. All work areas shall be kept in a clean and tidy manner, in accordance with construction waste management system.

SCOPE INVOLVED at Qatar Gas Expansion Projects

Fabrication of 2.2 million inch dia of various underground and above ground Piping and its respective supports,civil,building,equipment erection and pre commissioning for Qatar Gas expansion projects related to Process, Utilities, Common area, Off-plot , Off-site and marine areas.

Professional Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Adiparasakthi Engineering college, Melmaruvathur, Madras university. (April 2002)
