. Review of all contracts submitted documents such as welding
Procedures Specification (WPS), Welder Qualification Test (WQT),
Inspection Test Plan (ITP) that suits the Project Specification and standard
. Inspection and verification of materials in accordance with the required
specification
. Witnessing the welder performance test, welding procedure Qualification test
As per client’s requirement.
. Witnessing mechanical testing of test welded
specimens.
. Monitoring welders performance and ensuring that the parameters are as per
approved procedure and that the welding are machines/instruments calibrated.
. Review and interpret radiographic films and Non Destructive Test NDT) report Submitted by contractors for final assessment.
. Inspection of storage tanks construction and repair under API 653 and API 650
. Witnessing of pipe line inspection as per test package in accordance with
The approved P&ID drawing and review of test package before final Hydro or
Pneumatic Testing
. Visual, dimensional, welding inspection and conduct Ultrasonic Thickness
Gauging on Pressure Vessel parts and appurtenance to verify their usage
Service live.
. Visual inspection of internal surface on vessel to verify the corrosion
And Thinning of the shell.
. Witnessing Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Dye Penetrant Test
(DPT),Whichever is applicable to the weldments
. Witnessing of Air Leak Testing (Vacuum Box Test)and direct Pressure Test on
Pipe and Storage Tanks, whichever is applicable.
. Witnessing of Sand Blasting, Painting and Galvanizing inspection as per
Codes, Standards and specifications.
