Present Roles & Responsibilities
1.Erection and Commissioning of Equipments related to Onshore Terminal for Gas Processing and Pressurization. It includes Slug Catcher, Gas dehydration & TEG Regeneration Package skids, MEG pretreatment plant including Rich Meg flash drum, Recycle pumps, Recycle heater, Settling Tank, Meg Regeneration Columns, transfer pumps, air cooled and spiral exchangers, Plant Air Compressor, Nitrogen Booster Compressor, and Dryer Skid for air and PSA unit with associated pressure vessels, Emergency Diesel engine, GTG, 03x 30 MW, SGT-700, Lean Meg Injection Pumps, PTO 3/160, 350 bar discharge pressure for injecting Meg to Offshore Wells and Sub Sea system, Hot Oil Heater, Fire Water Pump house, Vertical Turbine type pumps with Diesel Engine as Drive, HP & LP Flare Stack, HVAC System, SDV, Pig Receiver & Launcher etc
2.Pipe line erection, cleaning & flushing. Identification of hydrotest loops and hydro testing of pipelines.
3.Perform FAT for various equipments at vendor shop before dispatch, raising punch points for deviations and ensuring that these are closed before takeover.
4.Maintenance Job Contract Management (LTSC and AMC)
„«Preparation of rotary and static equipment list in line with process guidelines.
„«Identification of Critical and Non Critical equipments w.r.t criticality to service, vendor/spare mobilizations lead time.
„«Raising Service Requisition, Technical Review and follow up with procurement.
6.Spare parts management:
„«Review of Spare Part Interchangeability List received from vendor w.r.t recommended spares by vendor in maintenance manual and practical requirement based on criticality and similar experience.
„«Raising Purchase Requisition and follow up with procurement.

GRADUATION: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from University of Lucknow (College name: Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow, State Govt. college) in year 1998 with 78.0% marks.
