ľ Ensures that Company Policy is updated and reviewed annually
ľ Ensure all HSE Plans and procedures are in place
ľ Ensure workers are in compliance with HSE rules and regulations as stated in th Company Policy.
ľ Carry out unsafe act audit and document report
ľ Document all action points and report to appropriate departmental head for corrective action. Thereafter to follow up corrective action.

ľ Develop procedures to minimize environmental impact of operations.
ľ Train staff to enhance competencies in various HSEQ subject areas.
ľ Carry out Job safety analysis (JSA)
ľ Preparation of project report.
ľ Sending and receiving of paper document of project
ľ Ensures procedures and instructions on document control is followed.
