• Preparing the purchasing requisitions for new instruments devices & spare parts.
• Preparing the work papers (work orders, permits, procedures, risk assessments & pre-job safety meeting minutes).
• Planning the instruments jobs for weekly & shutdown plans.
• Follow-Up & closing instruments work orders on MAXIMO system.
• Data gathering, coding & entering to MAXIMO system.
• Initiating, scheduling & generating preventive maintenance work orders to meet the PM programs.
• Preparing reports for the work done & overdue using Business Objects program.
• Preparing tenders for low current systems of Building Management Systems (BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV & Access Control) projects
