Mr. Sugeng Widyantoro is a Professional Engineer having 3 years of experiences including the execution of EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) type of projects. He is experience in engineering, purchasing, construction and/or EPC type projects related to oil and gas, petrochemical, power, telecommunication etc.

The experience includes:
Engineering Experience :
• Review of the systems design, general specification and functional specifications presented from Basic Engineering Design.
• Design of all field instruments and control systems required for safe effective control and monitoring of all facilities.
• Provide any detailed information and preparation of specifications as required for procurement of the Distributed Control System (DCS), Emergency Shut Down System (ESD), SCADA System and Fire & Gas System (FGS)
• Preparation of detailed instrument index covering all field instruments, indication status, and alarms including setting point for safety relief valves, pressure regulators, shutdown & indication alarms, and controllers/receivers.
• Preparation of all instrument data sheets including calculation notes, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluation necessary for procurement assistances.
• Preparation of detailed construction and installation drawings including Location Plant, Routing Layout, Cable Routing Layout, Instrument Tray Routing, Instrument Hook Up, etc.
• Design, procurement and installation of telecommunication and fiber optic system to be included in the Gas Production Facilities.

Construction Experience :
• Installation of Field Instruments (Pressure instrument, Temperature Instrument, Flow Instrument, Level Instrument, Control Valve, Metering Package etc)
• Calibrating and testing field instruments at Factory (during FAT) and at site (during SAT)
• Material, fabrication and installation inspection.
• Coordinating for testing, Calibration and Installation of pneumatic, electronic and digital instrumentation, start up and Commissioning.

Overseas Experience :
• SAT Crude Oil & LPG Metering and Prover System at Emerson (Daniel) Singapore
• SAT Gas Chromatograph at Emerson (Rosemount) Singapore
• SAT Anti Surge Control Valve at Emerson Nilai- Malaysia
• SAT Shuthdown & Blow down Valve (Neles actuator and Cameron Valve) at Metso Automation Singapore

Responsibilities
As instrument engineer at EPC Department, provides instrumentation and control system expertise and advises on different design and fabrication alternatives. Responsible for the instrument & control design engineering, telecommunication design, fire and gas system design, prepare engineering document (project specification, data sheet, instrument index, instrument calculation (Control Valve, Flow Element, PSV, instrument air, Utility Consumption), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Technical Bid Analysis (TBA), Commercial Bid Analysis (CBA), etc), procure, conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT), installation until Start-up and Commissioning.
