Professional Experience
Experience in different WELDING Processes such as SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW & FCAW (Manual, Semi and Automatic) and NDE, in the field of Oil, Fertilizer,
Petrochemical, Refinery plants, Power plant, pipeline, and Heavy water (D2O) plant.
Familiar with International Codes/Standards such as ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API and ASNT.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fit ¡Vup inspection of pipelines
• Process welding and Post welding inspection.
• Coordination with clients (Qatar petroleum) and third party inspector for the field inspection activities.
• Walk down Inspection of completed Pipeline
• Checking of pipe to pipe or pipe to bend, or bend to bend) longitudinal seam distance as per API 1104/BS192 Part 2.
• Coordinating and witnessing of all NDT activities.
• Preparation of Hydro Test Packages.
• Preparation of punch list and witnessing the pressure tests.
• Interpretation of Radiographs as per API 1104/BS 192 Part 2
