Responsible for resource planning and scheduling for overall project.
Cost analysis and control on day-to-day basis and develop cost reduction techniques
Invoice, extra work / additional claim preparation & recovery.
Contract Administration & invoicing for the project with managing field variation orders
Monitor usage of direct materials and consumables
Monitor deployment of Direct & Indirect Manpower, Equipment and plant against budget.
Ensure requisite technical back up to site team
Ensure timely availability of essential material at site & project execution in efficient and safe manner
Responsible for expenses related to project.
Preparation of budget, invoice & subsequent follow up.
Coordination with client at one end and subcontractor on other end.
Preparation of schedule & resource deployments
Shutdown plan with crew and TNP
Preparation of Progress Reports on daily basis for project coordination meeting
Coordination with sub-contractors for progress updating and reporting.

Preparation of indents and expediting with purchase department for timely procurement of materials

Preparing Target Plan for the project and approval of plan with client
Preparation of Mobilization plan and Material estimation for the project
