KEY RESULT AREAS:

Production Management
„u Formulating production and manpower schedules / plans, supervising designs / drawings and technical specifications for smooth execution of projects within the time and cost parameters.
„u Monitoring production operations and resource management for development of various moulds.
„u Coordinating with various departments for ensuring accomplishment of daily & monthly production targets.
„u Ensuring cost reduction by implementing low cost atomization, new techniques and working on the productivity improvement.

Tooling & Development
„u Reading & interpreting tool engineering drawings for Mechanical & Down-Hole Systems.
„u Ascertaining requirements of material for development activities in the Tool Room & interfacing with vendors for cost effective, timely sourcing of quality material.
„u Supervising development of tools as per pre-defined specifications; undertaking testing/ inspection of the same & making modifications.
„u Conducting detailed study and interpreting design & drawings supplied by the design department.
„u Handling new product components development, modifications & implementation in method planning to fulfil requirements of the company.

Quality Assurance
„u Implementing stringent systems to ensure high quality standards at all the stages of product development as per pre defined standards.
„u Managing rigging-up & rig down of flow-lines and testing; adhering to pressure testing safety & procedures.
„u Developing and maintaining process in accordance with internal and external quality guidelines.
„u Monitoring the performance according to productivity improvement, cost saving, rejection and breakdown in the cell.


Team Management
„u Leading a team of skilled & qualified employees for managing product development and manufacturing.
„u Monitoring the performance of engineers to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
