Field Accountant, JOB Pertamina PetroChina Salawati
•To handle day to day accounting jobs independently such as checking and review all incoming invoices from Vendor, paying all relevant bills, expense report, manage cash and bank and cash advance, through the JD Edwards financial system with JOB P-PS standard based on cost center and AFE numbers
•Conduct to Oil Lifting in Oil Barge and prepare document transfer loading, Crude Oil lifted data sheet, and custom data sheet
•Co-Ordinate with Public Relation to plan and realize from CD and CR program every year as well as having a share to deputize the company in project community
•Make contracts for several projects in the field of employment and some of rental services with a period of 3 months to 6 months and involved in bid committee for process purchase some of materials and equipment
•Collect and identify all of company asset and material including surplus and dead stock for Write Off Proposal needs & follow up intercompany material transfer from and to other PSC until finished
