 Ran production reports
 Protected the environment by discharging overboard water within required ppm.
 Carried the weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance checks on the process facility.
 Checked the Scada computer to record producing wells downtime, checked offsets on satellite platforms and informed operators in charge if need arose.
 Carried out well tests
 General platform maintenance
 Rigging operations
 Have proper knowledge on proper functioning of the following equipments
• Treater Desalters
• Free water knockouts (FWKO)
• Bulk separator
• Corrugated plate interceptors (CPI)
• Wemco floatation cell
• Dry oil storage tank
• Wet oil storage tank
• Flare scrubber
• Condensate accumulator
• Direct fired heater.
 Optimized the process temperature on the process facility to obtain proper separation and have a required retention time to maintain the required export BS&W.
 Checked chemical pumping rates, reduced or increased depending on the crude condition at the process facility.
 Effectively operate the following equipments, detect faults on them depending on their sound effects. They are
• The lact charged pumps
• Quincy and Joy air compressors
• Wet oil tank recycling pumps
• Fuel gas compressors
• Crude booster pumps
• Sea water pumps.
 Monitored the following systems and reacted to malfunctions in cases of distress
• Glycol dehydration system
• Hot water circulation system
• Injection water system
• Produced water system.
 Have the operational expertise on the functioning of the gas lift compressors, generators and the waste heat recovery unit (WHRU)
