Assistant Accountant or Accounts Executive

• Stock Control All these function of work handled in AS 400 in-house system package.
• Debtor
Foreign Reporting- (F.M.R. Hyperion Report, Quarterly Reports, Annual Reports)
. Providing information to Auditors as request & Tax computation and filing return
. Monthly VAT Computation and Filing return Department of Inland Revenue
. Computation of quarterly E.S.C.,T.T. & Stamp duty and filing return . Quarterly Royalty calculation and remit to EBC USA INC.
. Finalizing Month-End Accounts set i.e. Trial Balance, Income Statement,
Balance Sheet and Expense Schedule.
. Prepare audit schedule and liaise with auditor for year end closing, Reconciliation of intercompany billing and transaction, Perform monthly reconciliation, Perform monthly bank reconciliation against the general ledger after closing each month.
. Supervision of Accounts Staff
. Assist in Quarterly Forecast reporting and Annual Budget reports
And uploading EBC INC.
. Payroll Accounts journalize and reconciliation of relevant account.
. Master file maintenance of fully integrated Accounting package-IScala.
. Updating fixed assets register and calculating monthly depreciation
. Take on ad-hoc duties when assigned by Finance Director.

Passed in G.C.E.(O/L) exam and G.C>E.(A/L) exam with credit

Followed chatered exam conducted in sri lanka and ACCA foundation level
Obtain certificate of Tax from CIMA institute from Sri Lanka

When I was work in Energizer Lanka Ltd multinational company I used to provide information and filling formats in Energizer Singapore.
