As an Electrician I have worked for several companies where I was exposed to all possible types of electrical words, and was assigned to jobs that was supposedly to be done by only qualified artisans.
I have done N3, but did not go for a trade test, as I had to do it on my own without sponsorship of a company, which meant I had to take time off which was not granted to me. Now that I am working for myself it is even more difficult to find time to study and/or do a trade test.
With my practical experience in the field of electrical and millwright, I can certainly put it to good use in your company.
