Schlumberger - Supply Chain Business Analyst
• Act as a focal point of contact with regards to Supply Chain Business System application, ie E-Procurement, Finance, Statistics, reporting, Contract register tool. Lease with Area Business System manager for roll out and communication around new functionalities for Central Europe.
• Manage portfolio of common supplier, used across multiple Schlumberger divisions across Central Europe.
• Promote use of E-Procurement / ERP system, communicate, provide training to users regarding the use of Schlumberger e-procurement tools and/or interfaces to ERP system when necessary or requested.
• Creation, maintenance and control of company’s supplier records in e-procurement / ERP / Contracts database systems for the Geomarket, with a goal to monitor, report deficiencies where appropriate and act pro-actively to correct deviations. Advance usage of Excel (import / export data, function use, pivot table, macro creation, charts, business objects etc) & Access (import/export data, creation table relationship, joining table, query creation, reports, forms etc) to be able to analyze and set up the system data into the standard reports used by management into decision process.
• Distribute regularly statistical reports to Management and monitor and improve the KPI’s score. Analyze and suggest improvement.
• Participate in the development and communication of standard working processes for Supply Chain across the Geomarket.
