• Be Responsible of HDT unit commissioning & start up. Member of commissioning & Start up team of SAMIR Up grade project (VDU, HCK, HPU, HDT, ARU & CLAUS unit...)
Preparation of all procedures. Staff coaching. Planning and executing of site activities.
• Be the Interim of Fuel units Department Chief since Sep. 2006.
• Lead daily and special operations of Fuel units: TOPPPINGS, PLATFORMINGS, HDS, HDT, MEROX…Capacity: 6.5 Millions Tonnes/year
• Achieve CAPEX and OPEX budget (capital and operational budgets)
• Achieve executive, incident and other reports
• Follow up oil products blending
• Improve piping flexibility and activities of Oil Movement Department
• Follow up equipment maintenance
• Special projects:
• Reformer revamping ( from LPG to Gasoline case)
• Debottlenecking of TOPPING-3 unit
• Installation of new burners in zone2 heaters
• Revamping of Flare-2 system
• Responsible of SIGMAFINE Oil Movement module
• Preparation of Fuel units data required for SOLOMON organisation
• Evaluation of operators work charge
• Team member of ISO 14001v2000 certification project of Production perimeter.
• Training of new recruits «Blending rules and activities of Oil Movement Dept »
• Supervising of students (Technicians and engineers)
• Training Project : Study of Installation of H2 compressor in Hydro-finishing unit
• Since November 2004: Quality/Operation Coordinator. ISO 9001v2000 certification project of Production perimeter in SAMIR refinery.
- Lead the QMS implementation with the project chief ,
- Make the link between operation and project team ( processes drawing, KPI
