Designs and verifies , reviews and comments on the pre-contract bid documents and vendors, and provides commercial and contractual inputs to the proposal department. Advises Project Managers on contract conflicts, commercial matters and claims

As an Electrical Engineer with 12 years extensive experienced in Commercial construction and 3 years in 69 KV Power Substation Installation. Construction Supervisor E&I, Petrochemical plant, QA/QC Inspector I&C in Gas and Power Plant. I provide engineering design and drawing and also supervision of cable lay-out, cable termination, cable cabinet installation, switch panel, aircraft lighting panel, motor operation valve panel, distribution transformer installation and standby generator installation. Conduct testing like megger test, TTR testing, transformer winding test, short circuit test, Oil test, and pre- energization simulation. Providing technical support and leadership to cross-functional teams working to improve product quality and refine workflow processes within manufacturing environments. Detailed and analytical competencies, with the ability to solve complex issues. Proven "take-charge" leadership skills that result in solutions. Performed preventive maintenance to all motors, distr. transformer, power substation transformer, protective relays (ALSTOM and SIEMENS), elevators & escalators (HITACHI), and standby generator(CATERPILLAR 3400 & 3500 SERIES). A consistent level of success has been achieved through diligently, efficient and responsible to the assigned task, and with good moral communication skills.
