I M WORKING AS A SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Responsibility :


I have been joining as Shift supervisor and worked in Project Management Team for Documentation, Commissioning & Erection of C4 Alkylation, Isomerisation and Sulphuric Acid plants.

1 Preparing document Detailed study about process design concept and process description
2 Preparation of SOP like start up and shutdown procedure, Equipment handover, Emergency shutdown, pump start up procedure
3 Preparing Drawing for Training simulator and Quality Assurance Details
4 Reviewing, Comments and Suggestion or modification on Operation Manual, P& ID, PFD, ESD, Control narratives
5 Look after Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities
6 Preparing Training Manual and Presentation for Operator and trained them.


After start up:



1. Leads the production shift
2. Ensures that adequate safety system of plant & personnel safety also.
3. Monitor plant performance on daily basis as well as for long term forecast
4. Identification and de-bottlenecking of plant problems to assist operation specialist.
5. Provides instructions to console operators and field operators and coordinates with them to ensure all plants are giving desired production & also during emergency.
6. Co-ordinate with all service departments for quality and quantity of the all imports.
7. Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.
8. Issue of daily & monthly production/consumption reports.
9. Review and update SOP.
10. Ensures that the production log sheet & other important information is maintained.
11. Provides regular feedback to manager.
