RESPONSIBILITIES AS PROPOSAL ENGINEER:
· Study tender drawings and documents
· Preparation of BOM
· Estimation of project cost in terms of manpower, resources and materials
· Preparation of cost estimates and submission of offers based on BOQ
· Consumable Estimation
· Make the Project Plan

RESPONSIBILITIES AS PLANNING ENGINEER:
· Extraction of BOM from the client drawings
· Budgeting
· Material indenting and follow up
· Client coordination
· Sub contractor coordination
· Progress monitoring
· Cost controlling
· Invoices verification

RESPONSIBILITIES AS PROJECT ENGINEER:
· Overall responsible for the organization and smooth execution of the project as per quality standards and delivery schedule committed with customer.
· Responsible for carrying out all subsequent activities necessary for job execution within budget, according to drawings & delivery schedule.
· Forward the estimated consumables and tooling to store for arrangement.
· Responsible for subcontracting of such jobs which are beyond the scope of production or uneconomical to fabricate at shop.
· Monitor progress for project on weekly basis.
· Coordinate with quality control, shop supervisors, third party and the customer for testing as per ITP.
· Hand over the final move order of the completed job to project leader for onward shipment to Customer and afterward arrange loading/packing if any.
· Own company’s core & operating values and ensures their implementation.
· Supporting the team members by developing their knowledge and expertise and motivating them from time to time.
· Built up the close liaison with production, store, quality control and project management for smooth execution of project in line with the customer requirement.
