DRS Team Member: Jan 2008 - present; Installation Level Review (ILR) Team member responsible for review/validation capitalized Fuels facilities/equipment. Verify all capitalized equipment/facilities that are DESC owned with checklist and tables as a baseline reference.
Identify any potential deficiencies with documentation for base fuels staff and DESC, which could result in being placed in the SRM-E database as a project for DESC funding.

Assistant Project Manager: DESC Bulk Fuels Contract; Feb 2007- Nov 2007 ; Supervised maintenance, operation and inspection of $115M Type III hydrant systems, managed aviation and ground fuel operations (over 20 million gallons received, stored, transferred, issued and analyzed monthly) at Central Air Force Command, AL Udeid, Qatar, worked closely with US Air Force Personnel, and Department of Defense officials to ensure sufficient fuel inventories for Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom demands. Supervised, mentored, and counseled 17 staff; trained and/or managed training programs; ensured safety and Hazmat were paramount. Managed environmental compliance programs; recommended and implemented changes.
