• Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.






• Carryout stage inspection during fabrication, analyze the defect if beyond tolerance limits and make the necessary corrective measures. Report immediately the resolved the problems.
• Prepare priority schedule of inspection works and assignment of inspector
• Carryout dimensional, weld visual and NDT inspection.
• Surface Inspections before and after painting
• Preparation of Dimensional, Welding visual, NDT reports and Painting reports.
• To evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
• Promote quality and safety consciousness among workers.
• Performing NDT Inspection.
• Final inspection prior to the delivery
• Offering finished product for inspection to the inspection authority.
