Accounting:
- Prepare the payroll for laborers and staff (Yemeni + Expatriate) (up to Dec.2007).
- Cashier (for a period).
- Separate the invoices according to Company's accounting code (for a period).
- Prepare tax filing for audit purpose (Internal Auditor).
Administrator:
- Attend YEMGAS meeting and prepare the required documents by client.
- Prepare gate pass entry and exit (Gate pass matters).
- Handling labors problems.
- Write official letters to suppliers and bank.
- Attend any government appointment.
- Meet audit committee (Golder Associates) - which hired by YLNG to make Yemeni labor law audit- and prepare the necessary documents for them.
