SUEZ OIL COMPANY (SUCO): {From Jan; 1982 till August; 2008} (A) Budget &Cost Control: (Budget preparation, original proposals & revisions, monitoring and controlling of commitments (requisitions for purchase orders, contracts etc…, against Capex & Opex approved Budget Items. Budget reports (actual vs. proposed figures, analysis of variances, justification of over/under estimation amounts). (B) Payables & Receivables Accounts (analysis of outstanding payables& receivables accounts , checking of actual invoices cost coding, monthly statements, contact clients for credit funds collection). (C) General Accounting (trial balance, cost center trial balance, cost accounts, accruals, cost allocation, (monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements), and year end closing). (D) Treasury Department: Under Payment Auditing, Banking, Tax procedures, Taxis deductions, Negotiations & Settlement.(E) Materials accounts: fixed & movables assets, depreciation accounts, left over materials, inventory and stock control, stock accounts and reports.
