Position: Planning & Process Engineer
Responsibilities / Achievements:

•Monitoring and creation of manufacturing routers for the shop floor.
•Implementation and control of 5s systems.
•Execute & control of Lean Manufacturing principles.
•Forecasting of demand & material consumption.
•Improve & monitor of Capacity Planning reviews.
•Project planning and use of schedules to plan and subsequently report progress within the shop environment.
•Cost simulation & Cost cutting solutions.
•Initiates and execute 6Sigma projects to enhance workplace organization.
•Knowledge of quality Management systems, its applications, and procedures.
•Apply & control of JIT Strategy and cellular manufacturing.
•Improvement of material flow throughout the shop.
•Process reviews of the manufacturing processes and implementation of new processes.
•Control of cutting tools and ordering of them.
•Variance reviews of both the products and consumable throughout the shop.
•Use either AutoCAD or SolidWorks software.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio needed.
•JDEdwards and or use of any ERP system.
•Auto Crib and or use of any Inventory Control system.
•Knowledge of accounting principles and CNC programming or operation a definite asset.

•General Secondary Certificate with average of (89.7 %), Jordan.
•Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management.
