* Promoted to Rig Manager in 2005 - As Rig Manager I became directly responsible for the safety and upkeep at my assigned rig. I was held accountable for a crew of 22 employees which included their training and assignments. I was also held liable for all service & repair, production, turnover, as well as frequent moving & set-up of that rig. This position required me to be in constant contact with a company representative and also entailed regular reporting to my corporate office.
