„X Repairing of refractory lining of Boiler furnace, Reformer furnace, Transfer line, Waste heat boiler and cold, hot, autistic and personnel protection insulation of all static equipment during running and turn around period.
„X Performing of all sorts of fabrication relating to plant maintenance which include spare parts of Turbine, Compressors, Pump, Blower, Pipe fittings by means of High Precision Surface Grinding Machine, Universal Milling Machine, Shaper Machine, Lathe Machine, Radial Drill Machine, Shearing Machine, High speed Cutting Machine.
„X Operate programmable stress relief machine and perform Post Weld Heat Treatment with a view to stress relief of welding joints.
„X All sorts of mechanical modification work are done specially around the plant.
„X Spares, consumable, raw materials, service materials relating to valve maintenance, machine /fabrication shop, welding shop, Insulation/Refractory are assessed, monitored and raised purchase requisition for procurement with necessary technical evaluation.
„X Annual Budget preparation and performance appraisal of subordinates.
„X All jobs carried out through Computerized Maintenance Management software (Maximo)
„X Store Requisition and purchase Requisition and spar parts quantity are carried out through ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system Scala 5.1
