Professional Experience
I have enjoined to Sharq Company in 01-11-2004 as field operator II. I¡¦ve been designated to be in Ethylene Glycol Plant as hydrocarbon plant. In that time I worked on absorption, stripping, vacuum distillation and dehydration columns with high pressure and temperature using huge pumps and compressors of centrifugal force and positive displacement types. Also handling dangerous chemicals such as Ammonia (NH3), Caustic Soda (NaOH), Ethylene Dichloride (EDC), FeSO4, Lithium Bromide (LiBr), Lithium Chromate and Ethylene Oxide in gas and liquid phases. In addition to operating control valves used to control pressure, temperature, level and flow.
Also drawings for process lines, participating fire drill, attending our engineers sessions about safety, environment, mechanical integrity, team work and emergency actions during plant start-up or shut-down.
MSDS ¡§Material Safety Data Sheet¡¨ is one of my strong consideration that leads to safe personnel, equipments and environment.
